DigitalLink Bahrain provides enterprise networking solutions including wireless access points, switches, routers, cloud management platforms, and related hardware, software, and support services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Access to certain features may require registration, subscription, or payment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of DigitalLink Bahrain or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

— In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. — To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent. — To impersonate or attempt to impersonate DigitalLink Bahrain, a DigitalLink employee, another user, or any other person or entity. — To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services. — To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DigitalLink Bahrain expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content or information obtained through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalLink Bahrain and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amounts you have paid to DigitalLink Bahrain in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative proceeding, or consolidated arbitration.
